Closing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for finalizing FHA Reverse Mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to set policies, regulatory standards, and loan conditions.

• Prepares loans for Closing by confirming that all items on the Closing checklist are fulfilled.

• Verifies that all fields in ReverseVision are completed accurately before closing.

• Re-discloses loans in accordance with all RESPA/TILA regulations.

• Assesses and verifies the closing packages for precision.

• Capable of closing a minimum of 120 loans monthly.

• Achieves productivity benchmarks established by the organization.

• Follows up to ensure that all trailing documents are acquired prior to shipping.

• Participates in regular and ad hoc departmental meetings.

• Adheres to the Company's standards for integrity, client focus, teamwork, and respect in every interaction.

• Demonstrates a clear sense of urgency in the execution of all job responsibilities.

• Meets or surpasses customer service delivery standards set by the Company.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage banking, loan processing, or closing.

• Knowledge of various loan programs along with compliance regulations.

• Previous experience with Loan Origination Systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Up-to-date understanding of industry guidelines and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented.

• Highly organized.

• Skills in multitasking and prioritization are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
