This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage with founders, executives, and marketing professionals to bring them on as clients.
• You will conduct consultative calls with potential clients to articulate our services.
• You will maintain regular communication with current clients to assess their need for additional support from us.
• You will be responsible for preparing and following up on meetings conducted by our strategy consultants.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B settings.
• Strong negotiation skills: You excel at persuading new clients about our offerings.
• Excellent people judgment: You can discern when to explore further and when to recognize there’s no fit.
• Good self-organization: You are well-organized and can quickly acclimate to new subjects.
• Proficiency in German and English—superior to DeepL and ChatGPT combined.
