This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Business Development: You will engage with founders, executives, and marketing professionals as potential clients.
• Consultation Sessions: You will hold consultation meetings with prospects, articulating our services, and converting them into clients if there's a suitable match.
• Client Relations: You will maintain regular communication with our existing clients to assess their ongoing support needs.
• Project Coordination: You will be responsible for preparing and following up on meetings conducted by our strategy consultants.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within agency and B2B settings.
• Negotiation Expertise: You possess the ability to effectively present our offerings to new prospects.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: You are adept at knowing when to delve deeper and when to recognize a lack of fit.
• Organizational Skills: You are systematic and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Growth Mindset: You are enthusiastic about taking on responsibilities from the outset and committed to your professional development.
• Proficient in German and English (superior to machine translation tools).
