This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to managing directors on acquiring new talent or contracts utilizing our distinctive systems.

• Evaluate new prospects to determine their suitability for collaboration with our organization.

• Engage in sales discussions and promote our products to managing directors in the industrial sectors of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Follow up with clients and potential clients to maintain relationships.

• Attend team meetings and manage minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious work for you).


⛳️ Requirements

• Clear German pronunciation paired with high energy levels.

• A willingness to learn, a performance-oriented mindset, and a commitment to ongoing development.

• Ideally: previous experience in an agency or in sales coaching.

• Outgoing and people-focused personality.

• Determination and a strong desire to meet targets.

• Customer- and service-oriented with a friendly and communicative demeanor.

• Dedicated, quick to grasp new concepts, organized in your work, and highly motivated to advance.

• Persuasive communicator with strong articulation.

• No specific educational background is required — what matters is your sales experience and eagerness to grow with us.
