This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• We are looking for an individual to join the **Education** team at Workana as a **Consultative Sales Closer**, playing a pivotal role in the commercial operation.
• This person will be responsible for conducting calls and consultative negotiations with leads interested in training programs, deeply understanding each individual's context and needs to convert opportunities into high-quality sales.
• We are not seeking an aggressive or mechanical sales profile, but rather someone with analytical skills, commercial intelligence, and a genuine focus on helping the client make informed decisions.

• Conduct consultative calls with leads interested in training and digital education programs.
• Understand the context, needs, and objections of each lead to guide them through the sales process.
• Close sales in a consultative manner, building trust and ensuring a positive experience for the client.
• Manage and follow up with leads within the CRM.
• Recover commercial opportunities and unconverted leads.
• Analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement in conversion rates and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams by sharing feedback on lead quality, common objections, and customer behavior.
• Act with autonomy and a strong sense of ownership within the commercial operation.
