This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate diagnostic (discovery) meetings with qualified leads.
• Strategically present solutions that address the client's pain points.
• Create proposals and oversee negotiations until closure.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using the CRM.
• Conduct structured follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Emphasize conversion rates and the quality of opportunities.
• Prior experience in consultative B2B sales (as a closer or sales executive).
• Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) for conducting calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Capability to structure and execute a complete sales process (diagnosis → proposal → closing).
• Acquainted with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in negotiation settings.
