This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate customer expectations by fostering relationships that keep providers informed and ensure their voices are acknowledged to enhance care delivery.
• Develop a strategic call plan with referring providers and care facilities to boost patient volume to our practices through innovative selling techniques.
• Schedule and execute regular in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources to strengthen their collaborative patient relationships with LS clinicians.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the therapeutic services provided by LifeStance and the types of patients we assist, enabling referring providers to better connect patients with necessary support.
• Work alongside our local practice operations team to enhance local engagement with current referral partners by organizing scheduled meetings with relevant contacts.
• Coordinate educational meetings in collaboration with LifeStance’s clinical leadership teams to foster clinician-to-clinician interactions.
• Leverage virtual and digital communications with new and existing referral sources when face-to-face visits are not feasible.
• Participate in local conferences and other marketing opportunities as required.
• Broaden the scope and depth of current referral relationships by building connections with senior leaders in primary and specialty care practice groups.
• Conduct operations with utmost integrity while adhering to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to facilitate discussions with contacts that lead to receiving subsequent referrals.
• Self-motivated proactive individual focused on achieving goals and meeting metric-based targets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an accountable team environment.
• Comfortable using data to prioritize tasks and enhance performance.
• Receptive to constructive feedback aimed at improving the impact of the call plan.
• Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to log visits according to LS standards, track call plan execution, and manage the business portfolio.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
