
Clinician Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary liaison for neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with the administration: Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with clinicians, regularly checking in, proactively addressing issues, and advocating for support and resources.
• Provide timely responses to clinician requests for administrative assistance (e.g., Payroll, HR, Legal, Accounting, IT, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Support).
• Accelerate administrative processes for hiring, onboarding, employment status modifications, and off-boarding.
• Anticipate, communicate, and assist clinicians in adequately preparing for their initial shifts.
• Organize and facilitate clinician training, including hospital EMR systems.
• Act as a liaison between clinicians, company administration, and clients when necessary.
• Assist clinicians in completing credentialing, licensing, privileging, EMR access, and training processes.
• Maintain essential information for clinicians’ clinical effectiveness during shifts: privileging profiles, EMR and EEG system access details, and client-specific workflows.
• Promptly inform clinicians about upcoming changes – new sites, new workflows, etc.
• Aid clinicians in resolving technical issues while on-shift.
• Facilitate the management of neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Communicate the company and service line policies effectively.
• Ensure the timely completion of signed orders, consult notes, and other clinical documentation.
• Monitor the progress of CLP and first-shift readiness, collaborating effectively with CL&P to ensure proper prioritization and communication with Scheduling.
• Anticipate expirations of CLP, EMR access, DEA/CDS, and other essential elements for clinical work, proactively engaging clinicians and CLP to prevent downtime.
• Keep clinicians’ profiles updated: work status, contract type, Pod assignment, demographics, etc.
• Ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of administrative datasets.
• Facilitate the administration of Pods or other clinical teams.
• Organize Pod meetings, document minutes, track progress on action items, and prepare materials.
• Assist Pod Directors in planning the go-lives of new sites and services.
• Provide performance metrics to Pod Directors, co-develop plans for individual clinicians, and ensure the execution of management tasks.
• Create and distribute client calendars as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills across various channels.
• High responsiveness and effective relationship-building abilities.
