
Clinician Coding Liaison β ENT, Audiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Provide proactive coding education through newsletters, scorecards, and presentations.
β’ Oversee onboarding and compliance training for all employed Physicians/APPs.
β’ Offer personalized documentation feedback by reviewing records of new clinicians.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for coding-related inquiries.
β’ Supervise Epic work queues to ensure timely and precise charge submissions.
β’ Collaborate with various departments to improve documentation practices.
β’ Required certification: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Coding Specialist (CCS), Coding Specialist β Physician (CCS-P) from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), or Professional Coder (CPC) from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
β’ Preferred experience in ENT/Audiology.
β’ Advanced Coding Expertise: Extensive knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
β’ Medical Terminology & Anatomy: Strong comprehension of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Epic and other reporting tools.
