This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Reviewing recordings of exercise sessions and evaluating movement quality using Sword's clinical assessment framework, which includes aspects such as injury risk, movement efficiency, range of motion, technique, and overall execution.
• Delivering assessments at the rep level, summarizing sessions, and providing structured written feedback.
• Assessing and ensuring the quality of evaluations completed by fellow annotators on the team.
• Identifying ambiguous cases, unusual presentations, and issues related to content quality.
• Engaging in calibration sessions with other annotators to uphold uniform scoring standards throughout the team.
• Committing to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), working remotely while utilizing Sword's web-based annotation tools.
• Licensed physical therapist – currently active or recently practicing.
• Confident in clinical judgment across a wide variety of musculoskeletal physical exercises.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment tasks – this is integral to the role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply scoring criteria.
• Proficient in English (all guidelines and feedback are provided in English).
• Stable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
• Familiarity with web-based tools (comprehensive training will be provided).
