Clinical Vendor Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Responsible for independently overseeing all vendor-related components of global clinical trials.

• Engage closely with the study team lead and team members throughout the duration of the study.

• Assess vendor-related sections of the protocol during the protocol development phase.

• Coordinate with vendors in collaboration with partner functions.

• Review quotes and proposals alongside the procurement team and assist in contract negotiations as needed.

• Play a role in the formulation of vendor contract amendments.

• Responsible for vendor cost management, budget assessments, invoice reconciliations, and purchase order closures.

• Ensure excellence in vendor services at the study level, guaranteeing that vendors fulfill quality and service level expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with a strong understanding of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• In-depth knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial design and its alignment with supplier requirements.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing for eCOA and IRT.

• Familiarity with site collaboration and site activation processes.

• Expertise in vendor management, including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing clinical services.
