This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for the operational management and supervision of clinical investigative sites.
• Ensures that all clinical monitoring activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identifies quality issues and trends associated with site performance.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for CRAs and Lead CRAs regarding assigned projects.
• Offers mentoring and guidance to CRAs and Lead CRAs.
• Prepares and delivers project-specific training sessions for CRAs.
• Develops annotated site visit reports along with monitoring tools.
• Organizes and leads meetings for CRAs.
• Bachelor's degree in a field pertinent to clinical research, nursing degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research, including previous monitoring experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Lead CRA or Clinical Team Leader position within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or contract research organization (CRO) sectors.
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while cultivating strong relationships with colleagues, sites, and sponsors.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time).
• Proficient in English (excellent oral and written skills), with French as an added advantage.
• Experience in a CRO and in dermatology is a plus.
