Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver the clinical components of a trial, encompassing site selection, initiation, enrollment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning tasks, and trial close-out.

• Ensure the successful implementation of assigned trials while guaranteeing the fulfillment of trial deliverables.

• Facilitate effective communication, maintain regulatory documentation, and provide continuous oversight of assigned trial(s) through close collaboration with other functional team members.

• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills.

• Recognize potential obstacles to study timelines and deliverables, proposing innovative action plans to the team and sponsor.

• Guide Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in building strong relationships with their sites to ensure high-quality oversight in monitoring, regulatory compliance, investigational product management, site payments, and overall site correspondence.

• Sustain team focus on study priorities through efficient cross-functional collaboration and effective communication to achieve optimal client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading the clinical components of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting.

• Extensive clinical trial management experience, particularly in the field of oncology.

• Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Must possess strong communication skills in the English language.
