Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and orchestrate project activities to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Track project advancement, pinpoint risks and challenges, and enact strategies for mitigation.

• Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, provide updates, and guarantee alignment with project objectives.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Address issues and enhance team capabilities.

• Promote continuous improvement and travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in oncology.

• Demonstrated history of managing projects from initiation to completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 30%.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
