Clinical Research Associate I – ENT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute study initiation, implementation, and closure activities.

• Support the research team in coordinating and entering research data.

• Aid in the preparation of regulatory submissions to the Institutional Review Board.

• Ensure adherence to federal and local agency regulations in line with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

• Engage with patients and their families to obtain informed consent, arrange research visits, and gather data.

• Keep regulatory binder documentation up to date, report adverse events, and manage sponsor-site communications.

• Carry out designated special duties within the research area, including phlebotomy, sample collection, processing or shipping, ECGs, and chart abstraction.

• Oversee personal career development and execute administrative responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical research experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient computer skills that exceed basic knowledge of common hardware and software systems.

• Capability to assist staff engaged in multiple projects.

• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.

• Completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screening, and background check is required.

• Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9 for Employment Eligibility Verification.
