This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Complete foundational clinical research training and acquire project and system experience.

• Execute billable project tasks in support of CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads.

• Enhance skills across Project Support, Initiation CRA support, and Site Facing support.

• Successfully finish the ACRP Entry Level Knowledge Assessment (CRKA).

• Implement in-class concepts through daily tasks with CTMS, Electronic Data Capture, Safety Information Systems, and TMF platforms.

• Accompany CRAs for observational and co-monitoring assistance during on-site or remote visits.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical sites.

• Address and resolve site inquiries and issues as the primary contact for the sites.

• Oversee site quality and delivery from site identification to close-out.

• Travel frequently to investigator sites, with a minimum of five visits per month, spending approximately seven days on-site.

• Advance toward independently fulfilling CRA responsibilities and effective monitoring after completing the four-month APEX program.

• Support clinical trials conducted by Parexel, a global clinical research organization serving the life sciences sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, data sciences, pharmacy, or other health-related fields.

• Up to 24 months of maximum experience in clinical research.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team environment.

• Experience working autonomously, displaying a sense of urgency with minimal oversight.

• A client-focused mindset and a flexible attitude towards new assignments and learning opportunities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, assess unpredictable situations, meet project deadlines, and apply an understanding of study protocols.

• A commitment to honesty and ethical work practices.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Spanish or French language skills are considered advantageous.

• Availability to start on October 12, 2026.

• Must participate in in-person training in Raleigh, North Carolina, during the week of November 9, 2026.

• Residency in the West or Central US regions: California, Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, or Illinois is required.
