This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assess client RFPs to uncover strategic opportunities for implementing Patient First methodologies.
• Review study protocols and patient demographics to create customized, evidence-based patient-centric strategies.
• Enhance access, promote diversity, minimize participant burden, and foster sustainable engagement.
• Craft persuasive, data-driven proposal content.
• Showcase Patient First solutions during bid defenses and strategic conversations.
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to integrate Patient First principles within teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead best practices, influence strategic direction, and advocate for a patient-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant equivalent in formal academic or vocational qualifications.
• Over 8 years of experience in patient recruitment and digital and decentralized solutions, or a combination of education, training, and/or directly related experience.
• Extensive knowledge throughout the entire clinical development lifecycle, focusing on patient recruitment strategies and digital and decentralized clinical trial solutions.
• Experience in protocol review and consultancy.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional operations.
• Proven success in the business development cycle, including leadership roles that drive growth, strategy, and partnership development.
• Analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Capability to translate complex program strategies into practical, actionable plans.
• Proficiency in developing persuasive arguments for the adoption of Patient-First technology solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate, receive, and comprehend information and ideas with diverse groups of individuals.
• Capacity to work upright and stationary for standard working hours.
• Proficient use and learning of standard office equipment and technology.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects or activities.
• Qualified candidates must reside in the United States; preference for EST or CST time zones.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be capable of passing a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
