Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily activities related to clinical trial management, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Organize and supervise every facet of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Develop and maintain relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Make essential decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management strategies.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated framework supported by ICON’s global expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing global clinical study projects.

• Significant experience in leading and managing local, regional, and international vendors.

• Prior experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA).

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
