Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily activities related to clinical trial management.

• Organize and manage all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Proven capability to drive clinical deliverables for a study.

• Expertise in the specified therapeutic area.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Ability to handle competing priorities and develop your team effectively.

• Previous monitoring experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in Malaysia.
