Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management.

• Plan and coordinate all facets of clinical trials to ensure compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Develop and nurture relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality outcomes for the clinical program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a related combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven capability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
