Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of clinical trial operations

• Organize and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and other stakeholders

• Ensure trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations, as well as ethical standards

• Address challenges and make essential decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs

• Mentor the team and navigate competing priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience

• Strong background in clinical trial management

• Proven ability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study

• Expertise in the specified therapeutic area

• Previous monitoring experience is desirable

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%)

• Proficiency in both German and English

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
