Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management.

• Organize and supervise all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address issues and make crucial decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Foster team development while managing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical outcomes of a study.

• Expertise in the specified therapeutic area.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

• Employment with ICON is dependent on possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
