Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of clinical trial operations

• Strategize and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations, as well as ethical standards

• Resolve issues and make critical choices regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs

• Foster team development while balancing competing priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable mix of education and experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing global clinical study projects

• Extensive experience in leading and overseeing local, regional, and international vendors

• Prior experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Legal authorization to work in Brazil
