Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management activities of clinical trials.

• Strategically plan and coordinate all facets of clinical trials to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing global clinical study projects.

• Extensive experience in leading and overseeing local, regional, and international vendors.

• Prior experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA).

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
