Clinical Trial Leader / Head of Clinical Studies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the efforts of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) across various geographic locations.

• Maintain effective communication with the Project Manager (PM) and other departmental leaders regarding all matters related to trials and service delivery.

• Assist the leadership team through training, implementing process improvements, co-monitoring visits, mentoring staff, and other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences or nursing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, including at least 1 year in a senior CRA position or a comparable role.

• Comprehensive understanding of ICH GCP, clinical trials, and the essential components necessary for successful study execution.

• Strong therapeutic background in oncology.

• Experience and knowledge of the CRO industry to enhance Allucent’s clinical trial management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional level of English for daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
