This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate conversation transcripts for compliance with clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Detect and highlight clinical risks, safety issues, and instances that necessitate human clinical judgment.
• Determine if responses are clinically suitable, empathetic, and consistent with best practices.
• Provide clear and organized feedback for clinical and product teams.
• Raise concerns to Limbic-employed clinicians for additional action.
• Contribute to the development of how AI therapy agents assist patients and establish what constitutes genuinely beneficial care at scale.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one US state.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong clinical judgment with a background in providing direct mental health care.
• Experience in evaluating risk and safety within a clinical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, remote schedule.
• Access to reliable computer and internet services.
• Having multiple licenses or PSYPACT is advantageous but not mandatory.
• This role does not involve direct patient contact or care delivery.
