This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Implements the learning and development strategies to address the training requirements of the organization.

• Responsible for creating, planning, and delivering group and/or individual training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.

• Works in partnership with COE leaders and project managers to recognize, prioritize, and address the training needs of the workforce.

• Maintains expertise in company policies, COE and site procedures and systems, as well as clinical care management processes.

• Delivers classroom and/or individual training for new hires on company policies, COE and site procedures and systems, and clinical care management processes.

• Employs a range of learning methods to accommodate diverse learning preferences.

• Evaluates performance and recommends enhancements to clinical processes.

• Collaborates with quality management to create materials for customer audits and accreditation evaluations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managed clinical care, along with formal training design and/or facilitation and coaching experience.

• At least 3 years of post-degree experience in psychiatric and/or substance abuse healthcare environments, including utilization review.

• Licensure is mandatory for this role.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks; strong time management abilities.

• Proven comprehension of training concepts and the principles of adult education.

• Demonstrated capacity to transform abstract concepts into tangible solutions and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

• Exceptional facilitation and classroom management capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide clear information on topics to all levels.

• Good interpersonal abilities; capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Understanding of managed care and healthcare operations.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent documentation skills for training materials, including manuals, job aids, and facilitator/learner resources.
