Clinical Territory Associate – da Vinci

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge of our business, encompassing technical, clinical, and sales aspects.

• Train to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales authority across all primary surgical specialties to establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems in a specific region by spearheading product demonstrations, in-services, and sales initiatives.

• Offer guidance, insights, and training on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Conduct all technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Assist the Clinical Sales Manager's team in achieving quarterly sales goals by influencing behavioral changes in clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.
