Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by assisting with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and comprehensive territory management.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve overall team quotas.

• Acquires experience in goal setting, mapping, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative duties such as reporting sales/procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience post-graduation, or 1 year of leadership experience (military) is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
