This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all business aspects.
• Undergo training to become a technical and sales specialist for da Vinci® Surgery across all major surgical specialties.
• Emphasize technical and clinical elements during the initial year, transitioning to sales responsibilities in the second year.
• Support a designated region by optimizing the usage of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and sales initiatives.
• Offer guidance, insights, and training on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Contribute to the team's quarterly sales objectives.
• Assist in or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.
• Handle administrative duties related to sales operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.
• Proficient in English and the local language as necessary.
• Must possess ambition and a strong work ethic.
• Capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
