Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager.

• Undergo training to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales specialist across various primary surgical specialties.

• Concentrate on the technical and clinical components of the role during the first year.

• Transition to emphasizing the sales elements of the position in the second year.

• Provide support for a designated region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
