Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in Allentown, PA in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights across technical, clinical, and sales domains related to Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care business.

• Support sales representatives in training surgeons, developing hospital robotics, and managing overall territory.

• Conduct technical in-services for customers, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and achieving quotas in preparation for a future role with quotas.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• Ambitious with a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a collaborative team setting.

• Must reside in or be open to relocating to the Allentown or Bethlehem, PA area.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or clients.

• Candidates may need to comply with U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan based on their nationality and role requirements.
