Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives with training for surgeons, the development of robotic systems in hospitals, and overall management of the territory.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, aiding in achieving the team's overall sales targets.

• Acquires experience in setting goals, strategizing, and achieving targets in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes from sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or a minimum of 1 year in outside sales is necessary.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

• A proven track record of success is required.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are essential.
