This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance technical, clinical, and sales knowledge.
• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in the da Vinci Surgical System across primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Assist the assigned region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.
• Support or organize regional sales and marketing development events.
• Generate system awareness and encourage procedure adoption via demonstrations, in-services, and sales activities.
• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules utilizing required company software.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after completing the necessary training, providing guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.
• Proficiency in English and the local language as needed.
• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven track record of effective teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• A degree in sales is advantageous.
• Completion of necessary training to act as a Medical Device Consultant in compliance with legal requirements is essential.
• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, if applicable.
