Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in Detroit, MI in a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales components of the business.

• Support sales representatives through surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team quotas.

• Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and achieving objectives in preparation for a future role that includes quotas.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities such as sales/procedure reporting, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to move to the Detroit, MI area.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A demonstrated record of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic are expected.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are needed.

• Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team is important.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers.
