Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Detroit, MI team in a developmental position spanning over 24 months.

• Support sales representatives with training sessions for surgeons, the development of hospital robotics, and overall management of the territory.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to aid in achieving team sales goals.

• Acquire experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and meeting quotas in preparation for a future role that includes quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the military or a minimum of 1 year in outside sales is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A demonstrated history of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are required.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are necessary.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Detroit, MI area.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.

• Some positions may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.
