Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, aiding in the development of hospital robotics, and managing the overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-service training sessions for clients, which include operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve the team's overall sales targets.

• Acquires experience in setting goals, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities such as reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes from sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, and work nights and weekends when necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
