Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge in all facets of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects.

• Receive training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.

• Support a designated region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and sales activities.

• Serve as a resource for the surgical team by offering guidance, insights, and training on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Contribute to the quarterly sales goals of the Clinical Sales Manager team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is required.

• A strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• A sales degree is a plus.
