This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge of our business, covering technical, clinical, and sales domains.

• Train to become a technical and sales authority in da Vinci® Surgery across all main surgical specialties to establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Emphasize technical and clinical responsibilities during the first year, transitioning to a sales focus in the second year.

• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems in a specific region by spearheading product demonstrations/in-services and sales initiatives.

• Serve as a resource for the surgical team by offering guidance, insights, and training on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Conduct all technical in-services for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and others.

• Assist in achieving the Clinical Sales Manager team's quarterly sales targets by influencing customer behavior through product demonstrations/in-services, OR sales activities, and customer support training.

• Support and coordinate, under the guidance of the local sales management team, regional sales and marketing development events designed to boost system awareness and procedure adoption through product demonstrations/in-services and sales activities.

• Handle administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales efforts, submitting expense reports, and completing assigned ISU online modules using required company software systems.

• Function as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, following appropriate training, as per legal requirements, and provide guidance, insights, and support for the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.

• A strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.
