Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge in all facets of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales elements.

• Undergo training to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales specialist across all primary surgical specialties, aimed at developing surgical robotics programs within the assigned territory.

• Emphasize the technical and clinical dimensions of the role during the initial year, transitioning to the sales focus in the second year.

• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems by spearheading product demonstrations, in-services, and sales initiatives.

• Offer guidance, insights, and training on the operation of the da Vinci® Surgical System to the surgical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role is required.

• Proficiency in English and any local language as necessary.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% is necessary.
