Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Orlando team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months

• Support sales representatives in training surgeons, developing hospital robotics, and managing territories

• Facilitate technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other stakeholders

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and assist in achieving team quotas

• Acquire skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota achievement in preparation for a future role with quotas

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, sales activity outcomes, and expense documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales is required

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Demonstrated history of success

• High ambition and a strong work ethic

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities

• Proven capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Orlando, Florida area

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive or clients

• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control regulations if the role is subject to them
