Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Inland Empire team to acquire insights into all facets of our operations.

• Support sales representatives with training for surgeons, development of hospital robotics, and overall territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users.

• Acquire experience in setting goals, mapping strategies, and achieving targets in preparation for a quota-bearing role.

• Handle administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding social skills and effective persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, and work nights and weekends as necessary.
