This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate hospital personnel on the safe and proficient use and operation of Hyperfine products.
• Modify clinical workflows to enhance product value and utilization.
• Deliver tailored training and support for new Swoop System operators.
• Sustain strategic customer relationships and offer post-installation assistance.
• Cultivate hospital account relationships and advise on best practices and use cases.
• Supply R&D with clinical insights and feedback for new projects.
• Assist with product evaluations, clinical studies, adoption, utilization, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Facilitate sales processes by identifying customer needs, communicating opportunities, providing technical assistance, joining site visits, and showcasing products.
• Refine customer standard procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, clinical sciences, and clinical applications teams.
• Recognize attrition risks and product gaps, and escalate recommended follow-up actions.
• Execute scanner implementations, software and firmware upgrades, virtual and on-site training, image demonstrations, image reviews, case reviews, and support at trade shows.
• Assist in the development of MRI peer champions and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Utilize MRI safety and screening knowledge and assess contraindications for portable low-field versus high-field MR.
• Comprehend MRI sequences and protocols to enhance workflows.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology Sciences or a related field.
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and current MR (Magnetic Resonance) credentialing or equivalent.
• Over 3 years of experience in clinical MR imaging or comparable experience, such as 3+ years in X-ray plus 2 years in MRI within a hospital context.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical applications or clinical training.
• Comprehensive understanding of critical care settings to provide consultative clinical recommendations for optimizing procedures.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, business administration, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Capacity to build effective relationships with customer stakeholders and facilitate the adoption of clinical workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Capable of managing daily schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Reside within the assigned territory and operate from a home-based office.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional weekend travel.
• Able to work long hours and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Live in proximity to a major airport.
• Possess an automobile for ground transportation.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Hyperfine is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
• Eligible to participate in Hyperfine's corporate bonus plan.
• Eligible to participate in Hyperfine's equity plans.
• Work from a home-based office.
