
Clinical Support Representative – Mid-Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee timely and efficient patient care.
• Answer all incoming calls to the consult center courteously and accurately record patient information.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists to ensure prompt, efficient, and satisfactory outcomes; this includes coordinating paperwork, ensuring images are uploaded from client hospitals to VidiStar, and setting up video conferencing exam units while testing connections.
• Handle all inbound and outbound phone calls with employees, clients, and clinical specialists in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians.
• Ensure timely handoff to Tier 2 IT support is facilitated and confirmed.
• Immediately report any failure to meet SLA, company goals, or conflicts to the supervisor.
• Complete some work without established procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment or within healthcare or IT.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication and collaboration tools across various operating systems.
• Capability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
