This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee prompt and efficient patient care.
• Respond courteously to all incoming calls at the consult center and accurately gather patient information.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists to ensure timely, efficient, and satisfactory outcomes.
• Manage paperwork, ensure images are uploaded from client hospitals to VidiStar, and set up video conferencing exam units and testing connections.
• Ensure respectful and courteous handling of all inbound and outbound calls with employees, clients, and clinical specialists.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians.
• Facilitate and confirm a timely transition to Tier 2 IT support.
• Immediately report any SLA failures, company goal conflicts, or issues to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, as well as communication and collaboration tools across various operating systems.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills, along with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to quickly learn and adjust to new technologies and systems.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment within a rapidly growing organization.
