This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Develop, execute, and oversee the overall strategy for study supply within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Fine-tune supply levels to ensure uninterrupted operations while reducing carrying expenses.

• Manage manufacturing and distribution processes effectively.

• Partner with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership for collaborative efforts.

• Create and sustain comprehensive inventories of study drugs.

• Establish procedures to boost efficiency across the supply chain while prioritizing quality and safety; implement necessary process changes.

• Work alongside DLS Leadership to identify and set key supply chain KPIs at both study and functional levels.

• Recognize process bottlenecks and swiftly implement solutions.

• Perform additional related tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical research environment is essential.

• At least 1-2 years of prior experience in supply chain operations is required.

• Practical experience with supply chain functions in an IRT/RTSM system is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Systematic and logical approach to tasks.

• Effective time management skills, with the capability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent relationship management capabilities, allowing for effective collaboration with both internal and external teams.

• Skills in negotiation and influencing.

• Proficient business management and analytical skills.

• IT proficiency, including skills in Excel and the ability to manage electronic data.
