Clinical Supplies Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess vendors for clinical, medical, and operational supplies.

• Evaluate quotes based on pricing, quality, lead times, and service standards.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and purchasing contracts.

• Generate and oversee purchase orders from initiation to vendor confirmation.

• Monitor open orders and address delays, shortages, backorders, substitutions, returns, and invoice discrepancies.

• Maintain vendor records, pricing agreements, contracts, and associated documentation.

• Analyze inventory reports and purchasing requirements to ensure supply availability.

• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations on inventory levels, anticipated demand, reorder points, safety stock, and purchasing timelines.

• Assist with supply requirements for provider onboarding, field deployments, new initiatives, and ongoing clinical operations.

• Ensure procurement documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and ready for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical supply operations is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with Airtable or a similar cloud-based workflow management platform.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
