Clinical Supervisor – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create and execute an engaging clinical schedule, which includes curriculum development.

• Ensure that clinical services are provided in line with established best practices.

• Manage crises during the delivery of all intensive outpatient programs and fulfill on-call duties during nights and weekends.

• Maintain a caseload and lead weekly group therapy sessions (minimum of 15 hours).

• Possess expertise in various modalities and demonstrate confidence in integrating them into your therapeutic approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI certification is advantageous).

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referral sources.

• Ensure adherence to regulations established by The Joint Commission and engage in ongoing quality assurance efforts.

• Oversee treatment documentation to guarantee that all notes are complete and meet agency and professional standards in accordance with DHCS and The Joint Commission guidelines.

• Provide clinical supervision in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.

• Assist in building relationships with key referral sources and participate in networking activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as a mental health counselor.

• Authorization to work in the United States and possess native or bilingual proficiency in English.

• Experience working with a diverse age range, including children, adolescents, young adults, and adult clients.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).

• Familiarity with and readiness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—alongside EMR and survey software on a daily basis.
