Clinical Supervisor – LPC or LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to a designated group of Resident Talk Therapists.

• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.

• Deliver individual supervision for each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours worked.

• Maintain availability to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions, dedicating 20 hours of availability each week.

• Willingness to oversee documentation processes.

• Coach resident clinicians on their professional and clinical development.

• Complete weekly documentation to serve as evidence of supervision sessions.

• Finalize coaching documentation in relation to any disciplinary or performance issues.

• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance-related matters.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to assertively coach residents on their professional and clinical objectives.

• Active license in good standing and residing in the state where supervision will occur.

• Compliance with state regulations for providing supervision.

• Must possess an active Oregon LPC license in good standing and have maintained licensure for at least two (2) years post-initial licensure.

• Completion of a minimum of 30 clock hours of post-master’s supervision training from an approved source is required.

• Successful completion of the Oregon Law and Rules Exam is necessary.

• Must be listed on the Board’s Supervisor Registry as either an Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate.

• Competency in the population and clinical methods employed by the associate is essential.

• Must not have personal relationships, romantic ties, or dual-relationship conflicts with the associate.

• An active LCSW license must have been held for at least 2 years prior to beginning supervision.

• At least 15 hours of training or continuing education in supervision methods is required before starting supervision.

• Must complete 6 hours of supervision-specific continuing education every 5 years to maintain eligibility for supervision.

• Passing the Oregon Laws and Rules Exam within the last 5 years is mandatory.
