Clinical Supervisor, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver weekly clinical supervision to assigned therapists and ensure timely documentation of supervision sessions.

• Complete and manage NYS licensure documentation for supervisees as necessary.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to create and facilitate clinical training for staff.

• Work alongside the Clinical Director to handle administrative responsibilities as required, including performance management of assigned therapists when appropriate.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of high-risk cases and provide suitable clinical solutions.

• Participate in the Utilization Review process for assigned cases on a monthly basis.

• Address clinical crises and other issues raised by supervisees.

• Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of clinical policies and procedures to ensure the program's overall success.

• Maintain a reduced caseload of therapy clients and promptly complete all necessary clinical documentation, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

⛳️ Requirements

• NYS Independently Licensed Mental Health Provider (PhD, LCSW, LCSW-R, etc.).

• Leadership experience within a mental health clinic environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Prior experience with computerized appointment scheduling systems and/or electronic Medical Record Systems.

• Familiarity with NYS OMH Outpatient Clinic regulations.

• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
